  The demands placed on a garage door and its daily use usually go unnoticed until something goes wrong. But, the truth is a garage door's life is not an easy one. That's why attention to the details during the design and manufacturing process make the difference between a door that will last for many years…and one that won't.

	Tongue and groove joint construction in every door makes the joints the strongest you can find.
	Every panel design is deep embossed into the steel "skin" with an added wood-like grain finish.
	All metal edges are roll-formed, eliminating sharp, unsafe raw metal edges.
	Non-insulated doors feature 2" thick sections. Galvanized end stiles and center stiles add superior strength to the entire door and resist rust and corrosion.
	Thick, CFC-FREE laid-in-place polystyrene insulation offers excellent insulation and sound deadening values.
	1-3/8” doors feature a solid core of CFC-Free polystyrene foam bonded between the exterior and interior steel “skins” providing strength and energy efficiency with an R-value of 6.3.
	2” doors feature a solid core of CFC-Free polystyrene foam bonded between the exterior and interior steel “skins” providing strength and energy efficiency with an R-value of 9.0.
